Okay, so I isolated the short to the ESP32 board and I believe I was able to remove the traces and re-solder jumpers from the pins to the pads.

I haven't tested it yet since I wanted to update my firmware to OnStep v4.x . I don't know where to find it though. I only see Master, Beta, and 3.16 in the github
