Yes, you are right. The wiki and patience is the key for success. 

I looked at the pulleys, they look similar on the first view, but only if you compare directly, i saw that the inner gear is smaller. Recounted the teeth and woops there are 16 teeth. Hope that there will be a clear sky to enjoy this beautiful project. I learned so much while building this.
