and now my RA seems to ignore the reverse parameter.
In release-4.24 certain settings, like the ones that reverse axis direction are held in NV/EEPROM and can be configured in the SWS (AKA WiFi Addon.) From the SWS you can revert (an axis or everything) to Config.h defaults which is required to pickup any changes to those parameters you might have made. You can also just change the direction in the SWS (then reboot.)
