Please don't post large attachments such as videos.
They cause older posts to lose their attachments due to storage quota limitations.
Good that the motors move, confirming this was a wiring issue in the breakout board.
Next thing is to jumper each two adjacent pins: 1+2, 3+4, 5+6, 7+8, so the current
goes on two wires instead of a single one.
For the tight spots, try to move the gears by hand and feel if there are some harder
points than others.
