Unless your Wemos looks like this you should use "LOLIN(WEMOS) D1 mini Lite" or "LOLIN(WEMOS) D1 mini Pro" for your hardware in Arduino IDE. The devil is in the details with Arduino hardware.

The time mismatch problem solved. The CDC didn't use actual system time, which was enabled through CDC. Now I am waiting for the clear sky for field testing. RTC DS3234 also added through SPI, Thanks

Ok, let me qualify that last statement. OnStep does not support UART mode for any TMCxxxx driver. I also have no plans to add that feature at this time.
