Just turn off (the driver model) or delete the second focuser (that's AXIS5) and configure AXIS3 in Config.h

AFAIK/Sounds like the issue where GPIO12 (the stepper drivers enable pin) needs to be pulled low with a say 4.7K resistor. GPIO12 controls the flash memory voltage at boot must be low.
