Stepper Motor Accuracy
I should have thought this through before posting :( So the step-to-step error appears to remain constant, thus while it is +/- 5% or +/-0.045 degrees for a 400 step motor, it does not reduce with mic

This is something I've wondered about. I found this interesting article on the subject that I thought I would share with the group: https://www.applied-motion.com/news/2015/10/stepper-motor-accuracy I

Unable to connect to ESP32 WROOM, timing out.
I'll answer my own question. I just learned from Howard, that the LED on state is controlled in the SWS Extended.config.h file. Just tying off this loose end in the thread.

Howard. I simply cross connected TXW and RXW. So that needs to be changed on the schematic. Also, I found a software bug. The WIFI connect LED you added to the design is solid off when connected. This

Unable to connect to ESP32 WROOM, timing out.
I switched TX/RX over, but still no joy! Nothing is coming back. I was thinking I could by a USB/TTL converter and direct solder to the ESP32 WROOM pins.

Hmm, looks like the Tx and the 2102 is connected to the Tx on the ESP32. Not swapped over, so should connect to Rx, right? Does howard know about this I wonder?

I have it up and running. Looks like index detection is about +/- 0.5s. Wondering what the significance it in the distance between the red and purples lines? What does it mean if board versus narrow d
