Salut again. The steppers should be OK, I am using the 0.9A version of those, so far in the testing phase they seem to work ok with moving the Dec. axis with a rather heavy SW 200/1000 200P reflector.

Just got word from them that the order can't be filled due to manufacturing defect. It's ok, my current BluePills are still working, anyway. I requested a refund--we'll see how that goes...

If you use a laptop, you can start the align from it. If running Windows, then ASCOM should have that (I think). If running Linux, then the INDI control panel has that.

In addition to what Dave said (AXISn_DRIVER_MICROSTEPS_GOTO having a value that is lower than AXISn_DRIVER_MICROSTEPS), you can change STEP_WAVE_FORM to PULSE for a 60% speed increase.

Not that I need the work (right Dave?), Someone in E. Europe must have said a kind word. Now I'm up to my arse in STM32 orders. Nevertheless, these are my current offerings: STM32 Bluepill $30 kit, $7

The only way to do this is to integrate the SHC in the case, as I did in this plastic food container. It consists in an R32+CNCv3+integrated SHC in the same box. I have also added a nunchuck to the SH

The S6 Wiki page has been updated to say that v2.0 has a jumper not a button. https://wiki.fysetc.com/FYSETC_S6/ That newer version also has a 5V selector (from 12-24V or from USB).

The time mismatch problem solved. The CDC didn't use actual system time, which was enabled through CDC. Now I am waiting for the clear sky for field testing. RTC DS3234 also added through SPI, Thanks
