Yes, I know, I tried that and it works, but it's only a workaround which cause another problem when scope is actually slewing it's trying to guide, specifically when performing MFs. I would like to fi

Yesterday I had first guided session test and it was almost success. I wasn't able to to conduct not even one complete worm cycle before clouds came, so my sub-arcsec guiding error should not be taken

Didn't knew that, I think Max series wiki page state that only SPI drivers can be used with MaxSTM but I didn't go for details...

Yeah, this is treasure, however on MaxESP3 only some combinations of modes will work because two out of three cfg pins are connected together and but if wisely connected this can be very usable.

@Howard Will MaxSTM 3.6 support Fysetc TMC2209 v3.1 in UART mode on OnStepX? If not, then it may be cheaper for him to replace board with something that work with standalone drivers and then use TMC22

What you can do way easier is to use axis1 driver slot regularly, then from axis 2 use only MS1 pin regularly but MS2 connect from some unused pins on MCU (if any?) or from AXIS3 step pin if you dont

I am using cable management ties like this https://gigatron.rs/adapteri_i_kablovi/vention_trake_za_kablove_6_kom-217172 Unlike PVC these are reusable.

Yes, USB 3.0 hub with external power should be always used. It works for me with DSLR and ZWO ASI120MM-S attached to banana pi, while regular USB hub couldn't handle DSLR alone.

With some modifications, in UART mode, they should. You will have to unsolder some pins off the drivers and solder them back pointing upwards so you can connect them to MCU.

Here are some thoughts: I prefer not to keep controller and raspberry attached to main telescope since this increases payload. For power cables you can use splitters and for USB cables you can use USB

If pinmap displayed on that picture is correct, it corresponds to version 3.1. Here are the differences: Fysetc TMC2209 v3.0: I am using them now. They can be used only in standalone mode. In my Ramps

Finally working! But tracking is noisy
Knowing your configuration (high gear reduction and driver model) I don't think so. Go as high as you can with tracking microstrpping and that's all... Your motors running cold?

In Android App, GoTo speed can be adjusted from 0.5x/0.75x/1x/1.5x/2x in application menu, which appears when you tap on three dots in top right part of main activity.

Yes, taken that we have similar setup, I can confirm You that with your current setup (MCU, gear ratio and motors) and with SQUARE wave form these are expected max GoTo speed: 1/128 microstepping = ma
